Founded in 1991 Sure Travelmaster is a member of the Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA). The company is a member of the Midrand Tourist Association and the Midrand Chamber of Commerce and received the ten year membership certificate in April 2001.
We pride ourselves on our excellent relationship with customers, high calibre of staff, attention to detail, product knowledge, and destination management. The major shareholder is Ivan Visée, a resident of Midrand for the last 30 years. Ivan is a member of the Membership Council of ASATA and has been involved in travel industry matters for the last decade. He is also a Director of Sure Holdings Ltd.
In 1982 he was selected to attend the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at the Business School of Harvard University in Boston, MA USA. He retired from the SA Navy Reserves in 2003, as a Rear Admiral (JG). He reached the highest position in the Reserves, as the Director of Naval Reserves to the Chief of the Navy and was awarded the Southern Cross Decoration in 2002.
